Meditation and Exploration for Aphantasia - 

Do you experience your inner world without mental images? You’re not alone — and your way of sensing is powerful, unique, and worthy of celebration. Join Diana, a meditation guide who lives with aphantasia, in this gentle, inclusive workshop designed specifically to honor and awaken the inner senses beyond visualization. Together, we will explore alternative pathways to mindfulness and connection — through breath, sound, body awareness, and emotion.  No prior meditation experience required. All are welcome.

In this immersive class, we journey beyond the surface into the deeper layers of the self — where archetypes, ancestral wisdom, and the subtle body speak in the quiet language of the soul. Through guided meditation, energy work, and intuitive reflection, you'll reconnect with your inner truth, reclaim lost parts of yourself, and deepen your relationship with the unseen. This is a call to remember who you are beneath the noise — and to walk forward, rooted in essence.  6 classes.

In this beginner Reiki class, you’ll receive attunements that activate your natural healing abilities and learn foundational energy techniques to support yourself and others. Upon completion, you’ll be certified as a Reiki Level I practitioner—beginning your journey as your own healer. 

Our advanced Reiki classes—Okuden (Level II) and Shinpiden (Level III)—deepen your connection to universal energy through powerful symbols, advanced techniques, and spiritual practices. These classes include attunements, hands-on experience, and certification, guiding you toward mastery and the path of teaching and healing others.

The Shihan (Master Teacher) Level is a sacred initiation for those called to teach and transmit the Reiki lineage. This advanced training includes the final attunement, deepens your mastery of the system, and prepares you to initiate and guide others on their healing path as a certified Reiki Master Teacher.
