We are Toria and Diana — cousins and kindred spirits walking on both sides of the coast. Toria (left) lives on the East Coast, and Diana (right) lives on the West Coast. Though miles apart, we are united by lineage, love, and a shared passion for exploring the human experience.

This podcast began as a response to what we both felt in our own lives: the ache of disconnection in a world moving faster every day. What we’ve found—and what we share here—is a reminder that the answers we seek are not out there in the noise, but in the quiet chambers of our own hearts, reflected through our stories, communities, and traditions.

Guided by the wisdom of our Hispanic and Indigenous roots, we invite listeners into conversations that connect past and present, ancient and modern. Together, we create space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what it means to be beautifully human.
